Position Summary The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and most importantly program registrations at Crown Sports Center. This role goes beyond content creation. We are looking for someone who can connect with the community, bring energy to our brand, and take ownership of marketing outcomes. You will work closely with our Sports team to ensure programs are not only marketed but filled. What This Role Owns Program registrations and participation growth Community connection and presence Content that reflects the real Crown experience Marketing execution from idea → promotion → results Key Responsibilities Marketing & Content Plan and execute content across social media, email, and digital platforms Capture and showcase real moments inside the facility (programs, events, people) Ensure all marketing reflects the Crown brand—professional, welcoming, high-energy Build campaigns around programs, leagues, and events Community Engagement ("Felt" Marketing) Be present in the building—interacting with members, families, and athletes Build relationships with local schools, teams, and organizations Create marketing that is experienced— not just seen (events, activations, in‑person touchpoints) Represent Crown in the community and help grow our presence Sponsorships & Partnerships Identify and develop relationships with local businesses and organizations Assist in securing sponsorships for programs, leagues, and events Ensure sponsors receive value through visibility, activation, and communication Help create win‑win partnerships that drive both revenue and community connection Program Growth & Accountability Track registrations across all programs Work directly with the Sports team to identify gaps and opportunities Take ownership of filling programs—not just promoting them Report weekly on marketing performance and registration numbers Collaboration & Execution Work hand‑in‑hand with Sports, Operations, and Leadership Ensure alignment between programming and marketing efforts Help bring ideas to life quickly and effectively What We're Looking For Experience in marketing, content creation, or community engagement Strong communication and people skills Comfortable being both behind the camera and in front of people Organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once Ability to track performance and adjust based on results Experience with social media, email marketing, and basic design tools Who You Are You take ownership—results matter to you You are proactive—you don't wait to be told what to do You are comfortable talking to people and building relationships You care about the details and how things are presented You understand that marketing is not just content—it's impact Compensation Competitive salary based on experience WHY CROWN This is not a behind-the-scenes marketing role.
