Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage and develop a marketing team, setting priorities, coaching performance, and contributing to high-level content and storytelling
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans, manage budget, and align initiatives with company goals
Marketing Systems & Analytics: Own HubSpot/CRM, including campaigns, workflows, and database health; track performance and provide actionable insights
Campaigns & Paid Media: Plan and optimize digital and print campaigns; manage external partners (agencies, SEO, web) to drive results
Trade Shows & Events: Lead planning and execution of multiple trade shows and events annually, including logistics, lead capture, and ROI evaluation
Sales Alignment: Partner closely with sales to drive lead generation, support account-based marketing, and develop sales enablement materials
Product Marketing: Support product launches with positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution
Brand & Content: Oversee website, digital presence, and content creation to ensure consistent branding across all channels
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or industrial environments
Strong experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience managing WordPress websites
Proven experience managing trade shows and events
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and IT teams
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
