Production Graphic Designer (Timeless Project) - Contract Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite) Duration: Project-based (through mid-late May) Pay Rate: Up to $37.24/hour Equipment: Company-provided Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Graphic Designer to support a high-visibility retail project focused on enhancing the Timeless brand aesthetic across store environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, execution-focused environment and enjoys bringing pre-defined creative direction to life with precision. This is a non-conceptual, production-focused role where accuracy, consistency, and speed are key. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine graphic assets aligned with the Timeless visual aesthetic, including typography, layouts, and visual treatments Create production-ready files for both in-store and digital applications Ensure accuracy in sizing, color, formatting, and brand consistency across all deliverables Translate established creative direction into scalable assets for multiple store locations Pull and verify information from Excel spreadsheets to ensure accuracy in outputs Maintain organized files and documentation to support efficient production workflows Collaborate with Visual Operations, Store Design, and Creative teams to meet project timelines Manage workload independently while adhering to a structured production schedule Required Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , with a strong focus on InDesign Basic to intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to follow strict guidelines and creative direction without deviation Effective time management skills in a deadline-driven environmentStrong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in production design or retail graphics Familiarity with preparing assets for print and digital execution Recent graduates welcome, provided strong InDesign and Excel skills What Makes a Strong Candidate Highly detail-oriented with a production mindset Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Calm, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities Strong organizational and file management skills Disqualifiers Candidates seeking a conceptual or highly creative design role Inability to follow structured direction and brand guidelines Lack of proficiency in Adobe InDesign Pride Global offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
