Marketing Manager I

Job Responsibilities Drive marketing programs to build AmClienton's social media advertising across social media platforms (TikTok, Client, Pinterest, etc.) with hands-on keyboard ad campaign management. Run A/B marketing experiments to develop digital advertising strategies. Plan and deliver online campaigns, including marketing strategy, content copy, and creative optimizations. Manage creator-facing communications, program updates, and advertising campaign status changes. Partner with internal teams on broader program updates and initiatives. Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance. Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work. Daily schedule Look at creator requests, ad status, updates on next steps/ guidelines, content tips, content trackers, configure ads and categorize them, set up URLs, launch on socials, and talk with meta and TikTok requests. 8 am-5 pm Candidate Requirements 1-2 yrs Digital Campaign Management (social media advertising) 1-2 yrs Partner Relationship Management Creator communications are most important - sometimes creators are anxious - put them at ease. Ad launches on social media before. Interface with social media partners. Running experiments on platforms. AB testing Content curation and review- establish content principles and see if it meets company standards, then send that to creators. Data analytics will not start with, but will work up to that. Being creative is important.
