Location: On Site – Cashmere, WA. Position Type: Full-time, Salaried Exempt Benefits Eligible. Pay Rate: $120,000 - $150,000 Annually, paid twice per month. Reports To: Executive VP. Summary / Objective We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand growth and revenue across retail, digital, and traditional channels. This is an onsite position within our office environment. This role oversees marketing strategy, campaign development, new product launches, and cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Creative. The Marketing Director will lead and develop the marketing team while partnering closely with the Creative Director to ensure cohesive brand execution across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate brings strategic vision, strong leadership, analytical rigor, and operational excellence to support both long-term brand growth and near-term revenue objectives. This position reports directly to the Executive Vice President. Responsibilities Leadership & Alignment Lead and develop the marketing team, providing clear goals, direction, prioritization, and accountability. Serve as the primary bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Creative to align promotional calendars, retailer programs, and campaign execution. Translate business objectives into integrated marketing strategies and measurable plans through KPIs and reporting. Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with company growth goals. Build integrated campaign calendars across retail, digital, trade, and PR channels. Define KPIs, manage budgets, and optimize performance based on data insights. Manage be accountable for department P & L aligned with company growth strategies across business channels Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities. New Product Development & Launch Lead go-to‑market strategy for new product launches. Coordinate cross-functional execution including packaging, sales materials, digital content, and promotional support. Ensure cohesive messaging across retail, social, trade, and PR channels. Brand & Campaign Management Oversee development and execution of brand campaigns. Maintain brand consistency across all customer‑facing platforms. Partner with the Creative Director to ensure adherence to internal brand guidelines. Retail & Channel Activation Oversee retail marketing and digital activation, including retail media platforms such as Walmart Connect, Amazon, Instacart, MAP (Sam’s Club), and 84.51° (Kroger). Align marketing efforts with Joint Business Planning and retailer‑specific initiatives. Monitor performance and optimize marketing investments. Trade Shows & PR Lead planning and execution of trade shows and industry events. Oversee PR strategy, trade publication outreach, and product communications. Partner with Sales to maximize event impact and earned media visibility. Qualifications Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategy across retail, digital, and trade channels. Experience leading new product launches. Trade show and PR/trade publication experience preferred. Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Travel – to successfully complete this role individuals must be available for up to 15% business travel.
