Overview Position: Account Manager, National Accounts Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid, Full-Time) Salary: $115,000+ Bonus Chefs’ Toys, a TriMark Company, is a leading provider of foodservice equipment and supplies with 12 retail stores across California, an eCommerce platform, and a large delivery & installation fleet. Why you’ll love it here Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Tuition Reimbursement, Pet, and Legal Insurance 401k Community Service Day CFSP Prep Certification Program Essential Functions & Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Planning: Implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives; conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats; mentor and coach the Account Executive team. New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the companys presence. Quoting & Proposal Development: Prepare and present accurate sales proposals, quotes, and presentations; negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals and long-term partnerships. Sales Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor revenue, pipeline, customer acquisition and retention; prepare regular management reports and provide insights to optimize strategies. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain detailed CRM records; address inquiries and escalations to maintain high customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. 2–4 years of sales, account management, or business development experience with a proven track record in managing accounts and driving sales growth. Experience in the food service industry. Additional Information The range provided represents the national average pay range and may vary by location and other factors.
