Job: Full time Salary Range: $27.50 – $31.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that align with company goals. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and support lead generation efforts. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
