Overview Headquartered in Vacaville, California, All Weather Insulated Panels (AWIP) has three state-of-the-art continuous-line manufacturing facilities in Vacaville, CA; East Stroudsburg, PA; and Little Rock, AR. AWIP is an innovator in the design, construction, and advancement of insulated metal panels and provides a broad line of insulated wall and roof panels, together with complementary trims, accessories, and engineering services to meet the needs of the North American building industry.
General Purpose The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Marketing Manager to execute and manage the marketing day-to-day projects for the company. The position aims to increase brand awareness, manage the tradeshow calendar, coordinate collateral development, maintain and update web and collateral, and implement promotional initiatives.
Responsibilities Coordinate tradeshow events, internal company events, promotions, and campaigns
Participate in tradeshow events, promotions, campaigns
Coordinate sponsorships and customer directories
Create brand identity and content by developing promotional marketing materials, infographics, advertisements, and publications for print and digital platforms
Create reports as required for KPI tracking
Collaborate with web design team to design and maintain company website
Support social profiles including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. as needed
Support marketing, divisional, and global compliance policy as needed
Maintain, expand and catalog project photography collection
Support Sample Program and collateral inventory
Coordinate company merchandise store and awards
Manage company info box questions and leads
Perform other duties as assigned
Working Arrangements This is a full-time, exempt position. Hours are generally Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm or as required to meet appointments and deadlines, and may be adjusted to accommodate customer requirements and time zone differences.
Operates from both a professional office environment and a home office environment
Meetings with customers will take place in offices, on construction jobsites, and in public environments such as coffee shops and restaurants
Electronic communication will occur on a company-provided laptop via e-mail and other internet forms
Primary phone contact will be with a company-provided mobile phone
Some travel may be required (up to 25%)
Basic Qualifications Education: Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience. Degree in Marketing or Communications is a plus
Minimum 5 years' experience managing corporate social media accounts
Experience in promoting construction or architectural products is a plus
Professional and polished presentation skills
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications is a plus; demonstrated aptitude will be considered in lieu of experience
Computer proficiency including Adobe Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Prezi, SAP, Power BI, and Google Analytics is a plus
Additional Qualifications Must possess credit worthiness and a major credit card with a sufficient limit to maintain monthly travel expenses until reimbursed by the company.
Physical Requirements Visual acuity and ability to discern color and texture
Ability to use a computer, keyboard, and presentation media effectively
Ability to stand, sit, walk, and reach with arms and hands
Ability to lift approximately 25 pounds
Ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, employees, and other individuals
Ability to function effectively with moderate to high levels of stress in a demanding and dynamic environment
Employee must be able to concentrate for extended periods and produce organized thoughts with sound judgment
Frequent travel by automobile, airplane, and other modes of public transportation may be required
Working Environment The facility is an industrial manufacturing plant. This position is safety sensitive and involves exposure to moving mechanical parts, dusty conditions, high noise levels, chemicals used in the process, and extreme temperatures.
