Graphic Designer/Production Manager

The Graphic Design/Production Manager will be producing graphic designs, preparing files for production, and communicate design and material choices with customers and teammates in a production environment. The position will manage the design and production of custom signs, decals, and banners while supporting the graphics department's other objectives. Excellent customer service skills and a focus on detail, quality, and efficiency are a necessity. Must be highly organized, have good communication skills and be a team player. Must be proficient in Software: Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop & Illustrator (Other Software in the suite is a plus) Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, & Teams (or Trello) Onyx RIP or Caldera RIP Valuable Skills include: Large Format Digital Print Prep., Tiling, Prepress, Preflighting, & Color Management Use of a Roll to Roll Laminator Die-Cutting with Graphtec Plotters Knowledge of G-Code &/or Operation of CNC Cutting Equipment Bonus for Proficiency in: FlexiSIGN WordPress We offer a Flexible Work Schedule, Competitive Salary, a Full Benefits Package including 401(k), HSA, Medical, Vision, & Dental, in addition to Paid Leave and Holiday Pay.
