Retail Consolidation - Account Manager

**Responsibilities:*** Manage and grow a portfolio of supplier accounts, serving as a trusted logistics and supply chain partner* Coordinate closely with warehouse, operations, and service assurance teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and service execution* Oversee day‐to‐day account activities, including order management, issue resolution, and performance tracking* Lead customer conversations, business reviews, and ongoing communications to align on goals, performance, and improvement opportunities* Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services, upsell solutions, and increase account value and profitability* Utilize warehouse management systems (e.g., Korber) and operational data to drive efficiency and informed decision‐making* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers by balancing operational needs, service quality, and customer expectations**Required Qualifications:*** High School diploma or GED* Minimum 2 years of previous sales and/or account management experience* Ability to travel up to 25% (domestically and internationally)**Preferred Qualifications:*** Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven decisions* Strong strategic orientation, relationship building, negotiation skills (ability to persuade, motivate and influence others), and business acumen* Ability to thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results* Prioritization skills, multi-tasking skills, and works with a sense of urgencyAt C.H. In this role you will manage a portfolio of supplier relationships, coordinate closely with warehouse and operations teams, and ensure consistent service and performance across managed inventories.
