Gravillis Inc. is seeking a VP, Business Development (Key Art) to drive growth and expand our presence across film, television, and streaming. This is a senior, revenue-generating role focused on building meaningful relationships and converting them into high-value creative partnerships.
This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile campagnes, collaborate with top-tier creative talent, and contribute to culturally impactful work across the entertainment landscape.
Role Overview
The VP, Business Development will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new Key Art opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships. This individual will play a direct role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business by securing high-value Key Art projects
Build and deepen relationships with:
Studios (Disney, Netflix, Amazon, etc.)
Streamers and networks
Producers and filmmakers
Agency partners
Develop and manage a strong, active sales pipeline
Lead pitching efforts and close new business opportunities
Partner closely with creative leadership to position Gravillis effectively
Identify and cultivate long-term, repeat clients
Represent Gravillis at key industry events (Digital Hollywood, premieres, etc.)
Deliver against defined revenue targets and growth goals
Contribute directly to the overall growth and expansion of the business

Key art agency
Trailer house
Studio marketing team
Strong ability to both:
