Creating the future – Your tasks in our team 1. Strategy and Planning Define and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with the company’s objectives. Develop the customer-oriented communication strategy. Define positioning and key messages for each product and business line. Manage the annual department budget, ensuring efficient investment aligned with objectives. Coordinate and manage the external agency (digital actions, social media, website, blog, etc.), ensuring quality, brand consistency, and achievement of results. Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Engineering, HR and Management teams. Monitor marketing KPIs and their impact. Analyse the performance of campaigns, events, and commercial initiatives. 2. Lead Generation and Campaigns Plan and execute lead‑generation campaigns (digital and offline). Create and/or coordinate conversion‑focused and positioning‑oriented content. Manage and follow up on leads in coordination with the sales team. 3. Other’s Participate actively in the Employer Branding & Engagement initiatives coming from HR department. Adapt global campaigns and content to the local market. Manage the full organization of trade fairs, technical workshops, product presentations, and customer events. Ensure correct application of corporate identity across all materials. Collaborate with the international Marketing team to implement global initiatives. Stand out from the crowd - What distinguishes you A) Experience 8+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in B2B environments or within multinational companies. Proven track record in planning and executing integrated marketing strategies, including digital, content, events, and lead‑generation initiatives. Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, product, engineering, and global marketing teams. Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring quality, consistency, and delivery of results. Experience in campaign performance analysis, KPIs tracking, and data‑driven optimization. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, automation platforms, analytics dashboards, and CRM systems. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to translate technical information into clear value‑driven messages. Solid project‑management abilities and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on, execution‑focused approach. High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and ability to work independently. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
