We’re hiring a Video & Graphic Designer (AI-First) to combine hands-on video production, AI-driven content creation, and strong graphic design skills into one high-impact creative role. This is an on-site, production-focused position for someone who can shoot behind the camera, edit professionally, design supporting creative assets, and leverage generative AI tools to scale output. The Role This role blends video production, generative AI media creation, and graphic design. You will own content creation from concept to delivery while helping the marketing team scale high-performing media across paid, organic, recruiting, and brand initiatives. You should be equally comfortable filming, editing, designing, and experimenting with modern AI creative tools. What You’ll Do Video Production & Storytelling Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content using professional camera and lighting setups Lead full production workflow: ideation, scripting, filming, directing, editing, and delivery Capture content including brand campaigns, recruiting videos, testimonials, social content, and educational media Direct on-camera talent and internal team members to achieve strong visual storytelling Generative AI Media Creation Use AI tools such as HeyGen, Creatify, ElevenLabs, Runway, or similar to accelerate video production Blend AI-generated assets with traditional footage while maintaining brand quality Test new formats, AI workflows, and automation opportunities to improve output and efficiency Help scale personalized and performance-focused content using emerging AI technology Graphic Design & Creative Support Design supporting visual assets including social graphics, ads, thumbnails, branding materials, and motion elements Create visuals aligned with EIP brand standards across digital channels Collaborate with Marketing, Recruiting, and Leadership teams to execute creative briefsEditing, Optimization & Distribution Own post-production workflows including editing, motion graphics, audio mixing, and color correction Optimize content for performance across TikTok, YouTube, Meta, and paid media channels Maintain organized project files and media libraries for scalability What You Bring 3–6+ years of professional video production or multimedia design experience Hands-on camera operation and production experience (required) Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator a plus) Experience using or experimenting with generative AI media tools such as HeyGen, Creatify, ElevenLabs, or similar Solid graphic design fundamentals and portfolio demonstrating both video and visual design work Strong understanding of social-first video formats and platform optimization Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Clear communication and collaborative mindset Experience shooting video with professional cameras, lighting, and audio setups Why Join Elite Insurance Partners Competitive salary and full benefits package Opportunity to build cutting-edge AI-driven content systems Fully equipped in-house content studio On-site gym, café, Starbucks, massage chair room, and outdoor walking trail Award-winning company culture focused on growth and innovation #J-18808-Ljbffr
