About the Role
We’re an Arizona-based insurance carrier in central Phoenix looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Marketing team, helping ensure that campaigns, promotions, projects, and events run smoothly, on budget, and on schedule.
This entry-level role is perfect for someone who’s organized, proactive, and ready to roll up their sleeves. You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life—supporting campaigns from concept to execution, coordinating events, and helping us strengthen relationships with agents and customers.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions across multiple channels
Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including registration, shipping of supplies and working closely with field team to manage the creation or ordering of collateral, decor and branded materials
Industry Insights & Competitive Research: Gather and organize industry and competitor insights, track key coverages and differentiators, and help identify opportunities to position Commonwealth’s products more effectively
Customer Engagement: Monitor, research, and respond to customer reviews to help protect and strengthen our online reputation
Asset Management: Maintain and organize digital marketing assets, shared folders, and content libraries
Inventory & Logistics: Coordinate logistics, manage inventory and ordering of marketing supplies, and handle expense management and reimbursements
What We’re Looking for
1-2 years of marketing, communications, or coordination experience (internships count)
Strong organizational and project management skills with great attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Monday, Asana, or other project management tools is a plus
Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs. for event and shipping support
