Description StepOne Neurodiversity Services LLC is on the lookout for a passionate and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. This full-time, remote position is based in Wexford and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of supporting neurodiverse individuals through effective communication and outreach strategies.
As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing content strategies that resonate with our target audience in the Hospital and Health Care industry. Your efforts will help enhance our online presence and engagement, ultimately driving awareness and support for our services. We offer a competitive salary range of $82,000 – $86,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
Compensation Pay: Based on experience. Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.
Bonuses: $500 – $3,000 Employee Referral Program bonuses for employees.

Responsibilities
Create and manage engaging content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, and newsletters
Conduct research to identify audience needs and preferences
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics
Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and reach
Assist in managing the company’s social media profiles
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing
Support the development of marketing materials and presentations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
Basic understanding of content marketing principles and practices
Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling
Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus
