Position Summary

We are seeking motivated Licensed Sales Producers to join our Elite Agency Team. This is a sales-only position designed for individuals who love closing deals and helping clients find the right coverage.

You'll generate new business by engaging with prospective clients, presenting solutions, and closing sales all while enjoying a Monday-to-Friday schedule and excellent work/life balance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
• Realistic total earnings between $65,000 $140,000+ per year. (This includes Base + Commissions + Bonus)

• Hybrid work schedule after initial training and meeting sales benchmarks - must be willing to commute to and work full time initially, for up to 3 months during training.
• Monday Friday schedule only no evenings or weekends.

Annual Base Salary + Commissions + Bonus Opportunities

• Proactively reach out to potential clients who don't currently have Allstate coverage.
• Initiate and build conversations from a cold start over the phone or in person.
• Present and sell insurance products including auto, home, renters, and life insurance.
• Conduct insurance reviews and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within our existing book of business.
• Answer client questions and assist with insurance needs and coverage enhancements.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License or willingness to obtain one prior to starting
• Minimum 1 year of P&C insurance sales experience or similar customer facing sales role.
• Ability to commute to and work full time from our Palatine, IL Agency Office (can go to a hybrid schedule after initial training, approx. 3 months) *Required*
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Some college coursework or degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient, confident, and motivated by commissions and results.
• High integrity, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, not required.
