The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate with subcontractors to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site for tenant improvement projects.Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, to provide updates and address any issues that arise.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, specifically in commercial or retail projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interact with clients.Ability to travel frequently to various job sites as required.Benefits a { text-decoration: none;
