Location is flexibleRole Description & ResponsibilitiesDassault Systèmes is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join the DELMIA brand organization. This role focuses on helping manufacturers digitally transform their operations by leveraging DELMIA solutions for production planning, manufacturing execution, supply chain optimization, and digital twin technologies.The Sales Executive will work closely with customers across several manufacturing industries to identify operational challenges, develop strategic value propositions, and drive new business opportunities that enable smarter, more efficient factories.Drive New Business GrowthThis is a quota-carrying role responsible for driving new software revenue and expanding existing accounts. The successful candidate will be accountable for building pipeline, managing complex sales cycles, and achieving annual sales targets.Identify, develop, and close new opportunities for DELMIA manufacturing and supply chain planning solutionsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline within assigned industries or territoriesEngage with operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT leaders to drive business-level discussions and understand business challengesCustomer Engagement & Value SellingArticulate the value of digital manufacturing, digital twin, and operational excellencePosition DELMIA capabilities across:Manufacturing planning and schedulingManufacturing execution (MES/MOM)Supply chain and logistics optimizationWorkforce and production planningLead discovery workshops and collaborate with technical teams to shape customer solutionsAccountDevelopmentDevelop relationships with key stakeholders including:Operations LeadersManufacturing LeadersSupply chain executivesCIO / IT leadershipExpand relationships within strategic accounts and partner ecosystemsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with:Pre-sales solution consultantsIndustry expertsMarketing and partner teamsSupport industry events, conferences, and customer engagementsQualifications7–10 years of enterprise software sales experienceExperience selling into manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial organizationsDemonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholdersStrong consultative selling and business value articulation skillsExperience building pipeline and closing large enterprise dealsBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Preferred ExperienceExperience with manufacturing technology solutions such as:MES / MOMProduction planning and schedulingSupply chain optimizationDigital manufacturingDigital twin platformsKnowledge of industries such as:Consumer Products and GoodsLife SciencesMetals & MiningWhat Success Looks LikeBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of manufacturing transformation opportunitiesSuccessfully position DELMIA as a strategic platform for operational excellenceDevelop trusted relationships with manufacturing and operations leadersConsistently achieve or exceed annual revenue targets
