This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in business development and a proven track record in sales.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the defense and aerospace industries.Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape within the RF, defense, and aerospace markets.Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client delivery.Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through effective pipeline management and closing strategies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the defense or aerospace sectors.Strong understanding of RF technology and its applications in military and aerospace industries.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
