This role promotes Medicare-covered skilled home health services while ensuring full compliance with CMS and Florida regulations.Responsibilities:Build and manage referral relationships to increase admissionsEducate referral sources on Medicare eligibility and agency servicesManage territory activity, referral pipeline, and census growthCollaborate with intake and clinical teams to convert referralsRepresent the agency at community and healthcare eventsMaintain compliance with Medicare, Anti-Kickback, and Stark regulationsQualifications:Established referral relationships for Medicare-A patients2+ years healthcare or home health sales experience preferredKnowledge of Medicare home health referral processesStrong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skillsCompensation:Base salary plus commission/bonusBenefits, PTO, mileage reimbursement
