Serve as the main point of contact for commercial clients; deliver timely, high‑quality service; manage the full renewal cycle: exposure updates, marketing submissions, quote comparison, proposals, and client presentation; advise clients on coverage needs, program structure, limits, deductibles, and risk control options; prepare and submit ACORD applications, SOVs, loss runs, and supplemental forms to carriers; negotiate terms and pricing with underwriters; maintain knowledge of carrier appetites. Ideal candidate has 5-10+ years of commercial P&C agency or brokerage experience; strong understanding of core commercial lines (GL, Property, WC, Auto, Umbrella;); proficiency with agency management systems (Epic,.) and Microsoft Office.
