Now, we’re looking for a strategic and technically skilled Sales Manager to help us expand our reach and impact.In this newly created role, you’ll work at the intersection of sales, product strategy and customer success—supporting a global sales team and directly engaging with key clients. You’ll help shape the future of our ADCP and DVL product lines while mentoring internal teams and driving growth in emerging markets.What you’ll doLead and support global sales initiatives to meet or exceed quarterly targetsCollaborate with regional sales directors to develop strategic growth plansProvide direct sales support to key accounts and assist with customer visitsGuide the sales team in managing pipelines and generating leads via SalesforceAnalyze regional performance and identify opportunities for product line growthSupport marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activitiesDeliver product training and technical coaching to the global sales teamManage and mentor the Customer Service Admin teamProvide regular market feedback and customer insights to leadershipContribute to business development planning and competitive analysisWhat you needBachelor’s degree in a related field – required5-7 years of directly related experience and/or trainingStrong interpersonal and leadership skills – requiredTechnical sales experience in marine, subsea or navigation industries – preferredField application or technical advisory experience in oceanographic instrumentation or underwater navigation – preferredPrior experience managing or mentoring teams – requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce – requiredExcellent communication and presentation skills – requiredAbility to travel up to 50% globally – requiredWhat we offerJoin a mission-driven team at the forefront of marine technology innovation.
