Join us and we can make a difference together.About this roleThe Mission Critical Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and selling ALC solutions across the Data Center / Mission Critical sector.

This individual will maintain and expand ongoing relations, identify, and meet with key customer personnel and decision makers, and facilitate relationships between customers and ALC management. We are seeking a high energy, motivated technical sales professional to promote innovative solutions for current and potential customers.This role may sit anywhere in the US near a major airport.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow assigned accounts while concurrently seeking new vertical customersDevelop long term relationships and build partnerships with the customerWork effectively with internal personnel, create a strategic account plan, and maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce to meet or exceed annual sales and gross margin targetsAssess customer needs and generate resulting proposals, promoting our products and services in a timely mannerUtilize sales tools effectively (CRM, estimating software, etc.) to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunity within accountsNegotiate master service agreements (MSAs) and contracts with the assistance of our legal departmentDemonstrated strong controls applications intelligence, understanding of data center urgency, challenges, and unique mission critical requirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degreeMinimum of 5 years of experience in data center or mission-criticalsales, project management, or solutions-based technical sellingAbility to travel 25-50%Valid driving license​Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in EngineeringExperience using CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, estimating or proposal software) to manage pipelines and drive resultsBuilding Automation and/or HVAC Controls Sales experienceExcellent writing, communication & presentation skillsCollaboration skills for working in a team environmentMicrosoft Office SuiteDetail orientated with strong analytical skills and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to influence customer’s key decision makersPay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually.
