You will be driving new business through developing and implementing a sound sales strategy, actively networking, cold calling, attending industry conferences and other creative methods for business development. You will be working with current clients to generate business by running discovery calls/demos and delivering compelling sales pitches to senior executives. You will be responsible for building strong relationships and solid pipelines while also achieving and exceeding sales quotas.Self-generating and managing marketing generated leads to build a solid pipeline that assures quota attainmentSetting up calls and meetings with decision makers, influencers, and senior executivesPresenting the values of a partnership with Asure beyond just product features and functionality during all phases of the sales cycleUnderstanding the prospect’s business needs and market challengesNegotiating sound financial agreements which are win-win solutions for Asure and clientsConducting high level product demonstrations and presenting the value of partnering with Asure with prospects and clientsDiligently recording sales activities in Salesforce and providing accurate and realistic sales forecastConducts negotiations on behalf of Asure to secure sales that represent good business within current sales framework, authorities, and practicesQualificationsBachelor’s Degree or commensurate experienceMinimum of 5+ years successful experience in consultative software sales working with named accounts (current clients and partners)Experience selling a Payroll Tax, HCM or TLM SaaS solution preferredStrong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentDisciplined and self-motivated to exceed quotaExperience managing multiple sales engagements effectivelyProven relationship building and client service skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects at once, yielding exceptional resultsPro-active, results oriented and team-oriented approach to salesExperience with Salesforce.com, SalesLoft and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Zoom or other comparable toolsStrong oral and written communication skillsFluid presentation and persuasion skillsPolished presenter of demos and webinarsProven track record of consistent over-achievement of assigned sales quotaCompensationThe base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package also includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits.
