Overview
Part time hours, full-time pay!
While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! At Renewal by Andersen, we’re generating opportunities to engage leads at events, festivals, farmers markets, home shows and retail locations. We are looking for well-spoken, energetic, and motivated people to generate leads at these locations. Our goal is to schedule appointments—the more you set, the more you earn. This role requires the ability to have conversations with ease, overcome objections, and maintain a positive attitude.
Compensation We offer an hourly base plus uncapped bonuses. Our average representatives earn $20-$30 per hour. This is a part-time position with the most lucrative hours on the weekends. Since you will travel to various locations with set up materials, reliable transportation is required. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
Compensation includes
$17/hour
plus a lucrative commission structure. On average, promoters earn $20-$30/hour

Dependable & reliable
Weekday and Weekend availability

Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
Proficient with smartphone and computer

Maintain high energy and positive attitude
