As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations as needed. On occasion you may work with other products from other companies in the stores you service. Responsibilities Day-to-day engagement:

Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a provided mobile device. This includes communication with your supervisor, reporting time, and participating in surveys for merchandising activities. Maintain professional interaction with store employees, management, and customers. You are responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at your assigned stores. Holiday support:

Seasonal demand around holidays (Valentine\'s Day, Easter, Mother\'s Day, Father\'s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas) may require additional days and extended hours and often working on holidays, including weekends. Department Resets:

May be part of a team responsible for installations and tasks such as building/installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments, and resetting card sections. Typically notified two weeks in advance for remodels; evenings or weekends may be involved. One Team Vision:

You are part of Hallmark\'s field network of merchandisers who often support other team members in their territories. Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding role requiring high energy and urgency. You will work on the selling floor and in back stockrooms. You must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. You may kneel, squat, walk, stand, and may climb stairs or ladders. Basic Qualifications

18 years of age or older Ability to read, write, and understand English Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally Ability to operate a digital hand-held device to open/read documents and interpret information Access to Wi-Fi and the internet Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled Part-time employees with a schedule of less than 30 hours have access to voluntary benefits including dental, vision, critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity and minimum essential coverage (preventive care). Employment Details

Starting hourly pay rate:

$12.50 - $14.50

depending on skills and experience. We provide paid training (live, hands-on and virtual classroom). Eligible employees receive annual pay increases. This is a part-time position with a variable schedule during the work week. Average weekly hours: 14 – 17 hours. Availability around major holidays (which may include weekends) is required. Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support. Qualifications & Compliance
