Responsibilities
Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to integrity and success each and every day.
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
Actively participate in hands‑on learning and coaching to become an industry expert.

Hours Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM located in Lexington, KY.
Compensation Base Pay of $16 plus commission equals up to $22 + per hour. Our compensation expectations show a range of our salary plus commission system.
