A title company is seeking a new Title Processor. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. This is a permanent position that offers benefits after a short probationary period.
About the Role The company has a small branch office in the area and is expanding its title services, requiring additional staff. They are looking for an experienced Real Estate Title Processor. However, candidates with experience as a Post Closer, Post Closing Specialist, or Preprocessor will also be considered. The ideal applicant will have an advanced understanding of real estate terminology related to the title process.
Responsibilities
Handling title requests, creating new files, and ordering and clearing titles.
Reviewing title commitments and ordering all liens, payoffs, and estoppels.
Collaborating closely with realtors, mortgage lenders, banks, buyers, and sellers on each file.
Providing exceptional customer service and assisting individuals.
Acting as a Closing Coordinator for your files and preparing preliminary closing disclosures.
Working closely with title agents, real estate attorneys, underwriters, examiners, and post closers.
