Senior Product Marketing Manager - Monetization (Contract) Location: San Francisco, CA 94107 (Hybrid). Open to remote (PST time zone). Duration: 4/30/2026 to 4/30/2027 Team: Creator audience Marketing Mmgt
Key Responsibilities
Go-To-Market excellence - Own the development and execution of GTMs for new offers and monetization initiatives, partnering with product, marketing, and commercial stakeholders to bring them to life. Cross-Portfolio Upsell Strategy - Build and maintain a user matrix that maps customer segments to product offerings, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the portfolio. Value proposition & positioning - Continuously refine messaging across all touchpoints, including in-product messaging and paywalls, to clearly articulate the value of generative AI Offer Performance & Optimization- Track and analyze offer performance across the funnel, using data to continuously refine strategy and improve conversion. Cross-functional collaboration - Build strong partnerships with internal teams to align growth initiatives across products Subject matter expertise and market analysis - Develop deep expertise in Creative AI, with particular focus on monetization strategies and growth levers within generative AI products.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, growth marketing or an equivalent, with a strong background in software, especially AI.? Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.? Analytical and strategic problem solver, adept at using data to inform decisions.? Proven ability to lead and collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment.? Passion for creativity, design, and emerging technologies. Education & Experience
