Pipe Superintendent

Pipe Superintendent – Water/Wastewater (El Paso, TX) We are working with a leading General Contractor in El Paso who is looking to bring on an experienced Pipe Superintendent to support ongoing and upcoming water and wastewater treatment plant projects. This role will focus heavily on pipeline installation, including large-diameter pipe, within WTP/WWTP environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead field operations for pipeline installation on water and wastewater treatment plant projects Oversee installation of large-diameter pipelines (DIP, RCP, HDPE, steel) Manage crews, subcontractors, and daily site activities to ensure productivity and quality Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and inspectors to maintain schedules and resolve issues Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with project specifications and standards Monitor production, track progress, and support scheduling efforts Oversee trenching, shoring, dewatering, and utility tie-ins Requirements: Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Foreman on heavy civil projects Strong background in pipeline installation, specifically large-diameter pipe Experience working on water/wastewater treatment plants (WTP/WWTP) Knowledge of underground utilities, lift stations, and related infrastructure Ability to lead crews and manage multiple scopes in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of safety procedures and construction best practices What’s on Offer: Competitive base salary + bonus Strong benefits package Long-term project pipeline and stability Opportunity to work with a leading contractor on high-profile infrastructure projects If you’re an experienced Pipe Superintendent looking for your next opportunity in El Paso, apply now or reach out for a confidential discussion.
