Product Analytics About the Work Each Product Manager will own the
end‑to‑end experience, roadmap, and KPIs
for their respective pillar. These roles are
not technical engineering roles
— they are
strategic product positions
focused on vision, customer experience, and cross‑functional leadership. You will help shape what gets built, why it matters, and how it impacts millions of users across the bank’s digital ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Define product vision & roadmap
for your domain Analyze market trends & competitive landscapes
to identify new opportunities Lead large cross‑functional initiatives
with Engineering, UX, Ops, Marketing, and Compliance Drive feature delivery and Go‑To‑Market alignment
across teams Run experimentation cycles
(A/B tests, funnel analysis, KPI optimization) Own reporting & analytics
(adoption, usage, conversions, performance insights) Present strategy, progress, and KPI updates
to senior leadership Oversee vendors & conduct build vs. buy analysis For FVP roles:
manage teams of VPs/Product Managers
and drive org‑wide alignment Who Thrives Here We’re looking for individuals who can operate in a
fast‑paced, high‑growth, digital banking environment
and who enjoy balancing strategy with hands‑on execution. Required Experience: 5–10+ years in Product Management or Consulting 3–5+ years leading product strategy or product teams (AVP only) Strong experience in one or more of the following: Deposits / Money Movement Lending & Loan Servicing Brokerage / Investments / Crypto Digital Account Opening / KYC / Identity PFM / Engagement Tools Retail or SMB Banking Product Analytics (Tableau, Pendo, SQL) Deep understanding of
Agile / SDLC Demonstrated success owning KPIs and launching customer‑facing digital features Clear, confident communication with cross‑functional teams + senior executives US Citizen or Green Card holder Locations Primary preference:
