We are partnering with a well-established and growing general contractor seeking a
Construction Estimator
to join their team. This individual will play a key role in preconstruction, supporting a strong pipeline of
ground-up and interior projects
across sectors such as
industrial, commercial, and/or corporate interiors . Key Responsibilities • Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up and/or interior construction projects • Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to develop accurate budgets • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids • Develop scopes of work and leveling sheets for trade partners • Collaborate with project management and field teams during preconstruction • Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives • Support bid submissions and client presentations Qualifications • 5–10 years of experience in construction estimating • Experience with ground-up, interiors, or industrial projects preferred • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing • Ability to read and interpret construction documents • Experience xywuqvp with takeoff and estimating software (Bluebeam, Procore, etc.) • Strong communication and organizational skills What’s Offered • Competitive base salary + bonus potential • Strong pipeline of upcoming work and long-term stability • Collaborative team environment with clear growth opportunities • Exposure to a variety of project types and clients • Comprehensive benefits package
