We are seeking a

client-focused Relationship Manager

to manage and grow an established portfolio of clients while delivering exceptional service and long-term value. This opportunity is with a

well-established Australian financial services company

that is expanding into the United States and launching its

first U.S. office in Summerlin, Las Vegas . You’ll play a key role in building strong client relationships and helping clients stay on track with their financial goals. Important:

This is

not an outbound sales role.

The focus is on

client engagement, financial guidance, and long-term relationship management. Bonus Opportunity:

training in Australia

(a valid passport required). What You’ll Do Manage and grow an assigned

portfolio of clients

while maintaining strong engagement and retention Build trusted relationships and serve as the

primary point of contact

for clients Conduct

regular client reviews and progress discussions Support clients in their

mortgage reduction and financial progress journey Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and overall experience Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best client solutions Maintain accurate records and client interactions within

CRM systems Provide high-quality client service and professionally resolve inquiries Support

client engagement initiatives and events What We’re Looking For Experience in

Relationship Management, Client Success, Account Management, or similar roles Background in

banking, lending, financial services, or mortgage environments

preferred Experience managing a

client portfolio Strong communication xywuqvp and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively Proactive, solution-oriented mindset Strong organization and attention to detail Experience with

CRM systems

is a plus Someone who genuinely enjoys
