is a profitable, bootstrapped AI SaaS company that lets organizations deploy custom AI agents on their own data — trustworthy, fast, secure, and with real ROI. We have real product-market fit, thousands of paying customers, and growing enterprise adoption. Why this role exists Our product is excellent. Our product marketing is zero. Literally zero. No content engine. No distribution strategy. No competitive positioning pages. No landing pages that convert. No one wakes up every morning thinking about how to get more people to discover and sign up for . We need someone to fix that - fast - using AI as a force multiplier. This is not a traditional product marketing manager role. You will use Claude Code to build and execute at
10x speed and 5x quality : producing content, creating landing pages, building marketing automations, and setting up distribution channels that a normal PMM would need a team and 6 months to create. What you'll do (outcomes, not busywork) You will own the GTM machine that turns our excellent product into signups, free trials, and revenue. Your core metric:
Free signups (email), with free trial activation (credit card in Stripe) as the controlling variable . Specific activities and sub-outcomes you'll own: Set up distribution channels
- earned media, organic search, content marketing, email sequences, outbound experiments. Build channels from nothing. Build a content engine from zero — blog posts, landing pages, case studies, product comparisons, SEO/AEO-optimized content, all produced at 10x speed and 5x quality using Claude Code. Create product marketing assets — positioning, competitive battle cards, feature launch materials, customer stories. Make it obvious why someone should choose . Build and optimize conversion funnels — landing pages → email capture → free trial → paid. Instrument everything. Kill what doesn't convert. Automate marketing ops — CRM workflows, lead scoring, attribution tracking, campaign analytics. Use AI to do the work of a marketing team. What success looks like (first 90 days) We run a results-first, feedback-rich culture. You will be evaluated on signups moved and things shipped, not activity. Day 30 Marketing audit complete: where signups come from, where we lose them, what competitors do better. First batch of product marketing assets live (landing pages, comparison pages, blog posts). Content engine running — producing consistently using Claude Code. Measurable lift in free signups tied to your content and pages. At least 2 distribution channels established and producing. Marketing analytics instrumented — you know what's working. Day 90 Free trial activation rate improving. Content engine self-sustaining. Distribution compounding. You own the GTM machine. Alden says "I don't think about marketing anymore." Who you are Must-haves Product marketing instinct : you understand positioning, messaging, and buyer psychology. You know why someone chooses one product over another. Distribution builder : you can build channels from zero — not just optimize existing ones. You build distribution engines that turn out to be "gifts that keep giving". Claude Code fluency: you use AI tools as a daily production weapon, not a brainstorming toy. You can produce 10 landing pages in the time it takes a normal PMM to produce 1. Conversion thinking: you think in signups and revenue, not impressions or followers. You instrument, measure, and kill what doesn't work. Can write AND build: you can write compelling product copy AND build the technical infrastructure (landing pages, analytics, CRM workflows, automations). Nice-to-haves B2B SaaS product marketing background. You've built content engines or growth loops from scratch. Culture fit (read this carefully) This is a high-intensity startup environment where roles evolve quickly. We operate with an "up or out" bar: high support and high candor, with clear performance expectations. If you want a tidy, narrowly-defined job box, this is not it. Location / work style Needham, MA — on-site (in person). Full-time. We are not able to sponsor visas for this role at this time. Start date: ASAP. Compensation $170,000 OTE → $140,000 base + $30,000 performance bonus tied to signup metrics Meaningful undiluted equity in a profitable, bootstrapped AI company — no VC dilution, no liquidation preferences. xywuqvp Your equity actually means something. Hiring process LinkedIn screening questions (location, visa, GTM instinct question) Take-home challenge: 4-8 hour coding exercise using Claude Code Final interview with CEO
