We are looking for a reliable and motivated Social Media Manager to support our team with social media coordination and administrative financial tasks. In this role, you will assist with maintaining the company's online presence while helping coordinate advertising budgets and contractor payments. Key Responsibilities: - Support the company's social media presence and maintain brand standards across platforms - Coordinate payments and financial transactions related to marketing and advertising activities - Work with advertising contractors and assist with payment scheduling - Maintain records of transactions and prepare basic reports when required - Communicate regularly with your manager regarding ongoing tasks and updates Basic Requirements: - Ability to maintain an active bank account capable of receiving and sending bank transfers through online banking - Strong attention to detail and reliability when working with financial operations - Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions carefully Education & Background: - A high school diploma or equivalent is required - Additional education such as an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is welcome but not mandatory - We value a combination of education and practical experience, and equivalent professional experience will also be considered - Candidates should be able to successfully complete a background screening confirming no serious criminal history - Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background and credit check, where permitted by law Candidates from non-traditional professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply, and we welcome applicants who believe their transferable skills could make them successful in this role.
