Analyst, Marketing Technology Enablement

Upon Conversion - FULLY ONSITE

6-Month Contract-to-Hire (W2 - Weekly Pay, Benefits, 40 hours/week)


We are seeking an Analyst to join our Marketing Technology Enablement team in support of the adoption and optimization of marketing technologies. Working closely with the Senior Analyst, this role contributes to the evaluation, implementation, and organizational readiness efforts tied to our MarTech stack. The Analyst will play a hands-on role in research, documentation, and cross-functional coordination — helping ensure that technology tools and workflows align with business needs and marketer objectives.


Assignment Tasks

  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research and assist in stakeholder sessions to help identify and document business problems and MarTech gaps. Support analysis of current campaign processes and tooling to surface opportunities for improvement.
  • Implementation Support: Assist with the execution of implementation strategies for new technologies and workflows, including tracking progress, coordinating tasks, and flagging blockers.
  • Solution Documentation: Help document technology and process solutions, ensuring alignment with defined business goals and success criteria.
  • Change Management Support: Contribute to change management activities including drafting change impact documentation, supporting risk logs, and assisting with communication materials.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams across Product, IT, Marketing Operations, and Marketers, as well as external vendors, to support the execution of strategic MarTech initiatives.


Skills Required

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to review and synthesize information about business processes, campaign workflows, and marketing technologies to identify patterns and gaps.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional partners including marketers, IT/Product teams, operations roles, and external vendors. Clear written and verbal communicator.
  • Technology Fluency: Exposure to or working knowledge of technologies across Content, Customer Data, Journey Orchestration, or Workflow. Familiarity with one or more of the following is a plus: AEP / Adobe RTCDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Workfront, DAM solutions (such as AEM Assets or Aprimo), Adobe Creative Cloud, or Firefly Services.
  • Documentation: Proficiency in organizing and documenting processes, frameworks, meeting notes, and solution details in a clear, structured format.
  • Project Coordination: Experience supporting implementations or technology rollouts, with an understanding of change management principles and an ability to manage tasks in a fast-moving environment.
