Job Description
This role serves as the primary contact point for our global accounts, handling the full sales cycle from order management and technical inquiries to identifying new business opportunities.
We are looking for a proactive professional who can navigate complex supply chain challenges and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Account Management: Serve as the main liaison for global accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.
• Order & Supply Chain Operations: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including purchase orders, invoicing, and delivery coordination to ensure 100% supply stability.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the first responder for client inquiries or technical concerns; coordinate with internal teams and Korean HQ for swift resolution.
• Business Development: Identify and penetrate new strategic opportunities to expand ENF’s market presence within existing and prospective accounts.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis, and professional presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree required (Chemical Engineering or related major preferred but not required).
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Supply Chain.
• Language: Professional Fluency in both Korean and English is Required.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
