We’re partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed AI company transforming healthcare through advanced medical intelligence.


Their platform powers critical workflows across hospitals and health systems. Improving patient access to life-saving treatments while driving significant operational and financial outcomes. With strong enterprise traction, tier-one investors, and an exceptional founding team, they are now scaling their enterprise sales team.


The Opportunity


This is a high-impact Enterprise AE role focused on closing complex, high-value deals within large healthcare systems.


You’ll own the full sales cycle. Engaging C-level stakeholders across clinical, operational and technical teams and play a key role in driving adoption of AI across one of the most critical industries globally.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Owning full-cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, discovery, negotiation, close and expansion
  • Selling into large health systems (IDNs, academic and regional providers)
  • Managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles (5–6+ months)
  • Building ROI-led, consultative business cases for senior stakeholders
  • Navigating procurement, legal, compliance and data governance processes
  • Partnering cross-functionally with product, engineering and customer teams
  • Driving expansion and long-term value within existing accounts


Must-haves


  • 4–7 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales with enterprise exposure
  • Proven track record of $1M+ quota attainment or closing high six- to seven-figure deals
  • Experience managing complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong consultative selling approach with C-level executives
  • Background in AI, analytics, SaaS, deep tech or healthcare is highly advantageous
  • Consistent top performer (e.g. promotions, quota overachievement, President’s Club)

Additional Details


  • Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office
  • $150K–$170K base + uncapped commission (50/50 split)
