The Role
NowThis is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Senior Account Manager for our New York-based office, to support the execution and management of branded partnerships across our social and digital platforms. Reporting to the Director of Account Management, this role serves as the day-to-day lead across assigned accounts, acting as a centralized hub across Sales, Creative, Production, Analytics, and external client teams. You will drive operational excellence throughout the campaign lifecycle while maintaining high levels of client engagement, satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, anticipate challenges before they arise, and approach every program with both executional rigor and future renewals in mind.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Leadership & Communication
- Lead day-to-day management of branded content social-first campaigns from post-sale kickoff through final reporting, ensuring they launch flawlessly, on time, and exceed all client objectives.
- Act as the primary strategic advisor for clients and agency partners post-sale, cultivating deep, trusted relationships through proactive communication and expert guidance.
- Independently lead high-stakes client communications, from kickoffs to status calls to final performance reviews, navigating complex conversations and challenges with solution-oriented recommendations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Creative, Production, Editorial, Talent, Social, Analytics) to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop and present polished, executive-level client materials that clearly articulate campaign strategy, performance insights, and a compelling vision for future partnerships.
Performance, Insights & Growth
- Proactively architect and drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies in lockstep with the Sales team, taking ownership of the post-sale growth trajectory for your accounts.
- Own the creation and timely delivery of insightful, forward-thinking campaign wrap reports that directly lead to renewal conversations and incremental revenue opportunities.
- Partner with the Analytics lead to deliver not just standard reporting but strategic analysis to consistently demonstrate actionable insights and ROI to clients.
Cross-Functional & Revenue Partnership
- Serve as a key strategic partner to Sales to ensure seamless pre-sale to post-sale transitions
- Act as a central pillar of accountability and organization across internal teams, ensuring clarity around briefs, timelines, and deliverables to foster a culture of executional excellence.
- Identify and implement new processes and frameworks as the team scales, to enhance operational efficiency and team collaboration.
- Mentor junior team members on post-sale best practices and contribute ideas providing white glove client service to our Tier 1 accounts.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in account management or client services, with a focus on post-sale execution at a digital media company, creative agency, or in branded content.
- Proven, hands-on experience executing custom, social-first branded content campaigns in a post-sale capacity, from kickoff through final reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to not just manage, but grow and retain high-value, premium accounts in a client-facing setting.
- Strong understanding of digital performance metrics, media math, and brand lift studies, with a proven ability to measure and articulate campaign success
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a rigorous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator with outstanding written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000. An employee's position within this range will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
