Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (Onsite)

Pay Range:$57-68

Contract Length: 6 months

The Senior Product Owner (Technical) will lead the strategy, development, and production deployment of an AI Agent chatbot designed to support customer servicing at scale. This role partners closely with engineering, business stakeholders, risk and compliance teams, and external vendors to deliver AI-powered conversational experiences. You'll guide a dedicated agile engineering squad working with a modern cloud-native tech stack, including AWS Connect, Lambda, ECS, and related services. Hands-on experience deploying AI chatbot or agent solutions into production is essential.

What You'll Do Drive the roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of an AI Agent chatbot from concept through production deployment. Collaborate with engineering, business units, operations, risk, compliance, legal, information security, fraud, and architecture teams to define and execute product strategy. Provide clear communication and transparency to stakeholders regarding development progress, performance metrics, and production outcomes. Make informed decisions that support regulatory requirements, customer experience improvements, operational efficiency, and business growth. Participate in all phases of development, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment. Partner with engineering and subject matter experts to solve complex problems and optimize chatbot performance. Work with research teams to conduct usability testing and validate conversational interactions. Manage relationships with thirdparty AI and platform vendors, including release planning, issue resolution, and performance monitoring. Maintain product documentation, training materials, and knowledge bases. Champion Agile practices, maintain a healthy backlog, and actively participate in team ceremonies. Advocate for chatbot capabilities and upcoming enhancements across internal teams. Technical Skills

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in technical or AI-driven products. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams. Solid understanding of business processes and customer experience principles. Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments. Creative problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity. Strong analytical abilities with a knack for simplifying complex concepts. Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
