Imaging Healthcare Specialists (IHS) is seeking a

Helpdesk Analyst

to provide timely and effective technical support that ensures smooth daily operations across our organization. In this role, you'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support end users, and help maintain reliable IT systems that enable high-quality patient care.

What You'll Do Provide technical assistance to users via phone, in person, or electronically. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, equipment, and applications. Set up workstations, including operating systems, software, and peripherals. Create and manage incident tickets, ensuring timely resolution and documentation. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as needed. Monitor system performance and verify proper functionality. Participate in on-call technical support and assist across multiple locations as needed. What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 months of related IT or helpdesk experience preferred. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliable transportation for travel between locations as needed. What We Offer
