Our Order Fulfillment Agent is responsible for picking, toting, and processing all customer orders appropriately before leaving the facility for delivery. This role works closely with our 3rd party transporter to ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and arranged in accordance with Cresco's quality standards and state regulations. Core Job Duties

Appropriately applying labels to all products for shipment. Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods. Confirming products' unit counts and labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections or complaints from customers. Placing customer orders on schedule according to department leadership. Achieve department-specific key performance indicators (KPIs) as assigned. Provide assistance to other departments as needed to support overall operations. Recording package gross weight prior to shipment. Checking in finished product and replenishing shelves Conduct weekly inventory checks to ensure accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with Sales Representatives on adjustments to packaging or shipments as necessary. Packing and sealing all finished orders for delivery Required Experience, Education and Skills

Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure Well organized and ability to keep deadlines

Works well with all peers Effective communication skills Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment Basic Excel, Word, and general computer knowledge Ability to stand for at least 6 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds to torso level is necessary Benefits
