As a vital member of our crew, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers have a great experience while interacting with our brand. Responsibilities include: Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders accurately and efficiently Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Processing cash and credit card transactions with precision Preparing and making pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assisting with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness and hygiene standards Handling and lifting items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed Qualifications include: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
