Production Associate / Packaging Associate
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for 1st Shift Production and 2nd Shift Packaging positions in a fast-paced dairy production environment. These roles are responsible for supporting daily production operations, packaging finished products, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a refrigerated environment. Key Responsibilities: Support daily production and packaging operations Package finished dairy products accurately and efficiently Inspect products to ensure quality, proper labeling, and packaging standards Operate production and packaging equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety standards Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety guidelines Assist with line setup, changeovers, and general production support Meet daily production goals while working in a team environment Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 4050 lbs as needed Strong attention to detail and reliability Comfortable working in a cold/refrigerated environment Reliable attendance and punctuality required Work Environment: Food production / dairy facility Cold or refrigerated environment Physically active role involving standing, lifting, and repetitive motion Benefits: Weekly pay $5 prescription drugs $5 doctor's visit copays Free teledoctor service Free counseling services Life insurance included Vision insurance included Dental insurance included Vacation and holiday pay Scholarship Opportunities 401(k) retirement plan Free legal services Our unbeatable employee discount program
