Loan Servicing Specialist
Our financial services client is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to provide temporary support to their lending operations team. This role is responsible for assisting customers throughout the loan process, responding to inquiries, and supporting internal lending workflows. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in lending or loan-related roles and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to loan and lease products, application status, and account information Provide front-line customer support via phone, email, or internal ticketing systems Assist with loan documentation, data entry, and file maintenance to support lending operations Coordinate with internal lending, servicing, and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests Review loan-related information for accuracy and completeness Update internal systems and records in accordance with established procedures Support additional administrative or operational tasks as needed Qualifications
Previous experience providing customer or member support Prior experience in Financial Services and/or Banking preferred Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working in financial systems or databases Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented Why This Opportunity
