Title: Proposal Writer

Location: Mason, OH

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm (Monday – Friday)

Compensation: $65k base salary + Bonuses

Job Description: Novo is looking for an RFP specialist to manage the end-to-end process of reviewing, responding, and maintaining all RFP/Contract submissions to prospective clients.

• Proposal Project Management: Lead the entire RFP process, from analyzing requirements to final submission, and meeting submission deadlines.
• Content Creation: Write, customize, and edit proposals to align with client needs, highlighting the company’s competitive advantage.
• Collaboration: Partner with sales, legal, and compliance teams to gather accurate technical or business information.
• Database Maintenance: Maintain a centralized database of proposal content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Strategic Input: Contribute to success focused discussions and analyze win/loss ratios to improve future proposals.
• Contract Maintenance: Capture and maintain data on contract start and expiration dates.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research for designated territories to identify client spending, contract staffing usage, and identify contract opportunities before they are released for public solicitation.

Qualifications:

Must:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing RFP response process
• Government proposal writing experience (SLED)
• Content creation
• Content library management
