Creator Mentor Job at New Beginnings Global in Glendale

Compensation Structure: $4000 monthly rate + commission

Working Hours: 12-8pm, 5 days a week in office

About the Role:

NBCN is looking for passionate, social-media-savvy creator mentors to join our team! As a creator mentor, you’ll work directly with up-and-coming TikTok Live streamers to help them grow their content, community, and monetization. If you love discovering talent, building creators’ brands, and riding the wave of what’s hot on TikTok — this role is for you.

Who We Are:

NBCN is a top-tier global TikTok Live talent partner. Think of us as the A&R team for TikTok Live — we scout rising creators, help them go viral, and support their growth through coaching, strategy, and livestream activations. TikTok pays us directly, so everything we do for creators is free for them.

We’ve helped over 200+ creators build full-time careers on TikTok Live, with some earning $2K to $50K+ per month. Now, we’re expanding — and we need more hands-on curators to support our growing roster.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a coach and producer for creators on TikTok Live
• Curate and optimize creators' content strategy across livestreams and short-form videos
• Identify high-potential creators to join NBCN, in partnership with our recruitment team
• Maintain strong, long-term creator relationships as their main point of contact
• Help troubleshoot stream issues, brainstorm live activations, and boost traffic and monetization
• Stay on top of TikTok trends and platform updates

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–3 years of experience in livestreaming, social media management, content creation, sales, or talent/creator management
• Passionate about TikTok, livestreaming, and the creator economy
• Great communication skills and an outgoing, people-first personality
• Strong sense of ownership — self-driven and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in livestream production, talent scouting, or sales is a big plus

Bonus Points If You:

• Are or have been a TikTok creator/streamer yourself
• Have experience coaching or managing creators or influencers
• Have a background in entertainment, media, or content strategy
