The Content Creator & Strategist plays a key role in bringing the NeoLife brand to life through engaging, modern content across marketing materials, social channels, campaigns, and events.
This role blends strategic thinking with creative execution. The Content Creator & Strategist helps shape campaign storytelling, develop content ideas, and translate marketing initiatives into compelling content across social media, email, web, and events and print marketing.
This is not a content publishing role. Instead, this individual acts as a creative driver and brand storyteller , developing concepts that bring campaigns, product launches, and brand moments to life. They work closely with designers, marketers, and copywriters to communicate creative direction and transform ideas into high-quality marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet business needs.
Develop and guide content strategies across social media, print assets, email, and event campaigns
Create editorial calendars aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and key initiatives
Build content roadmaps that support marketing goals and audience engagement
Perform regular content audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with broader marketing strategy
Develop and drive creative content concepts (videos, social posts, blog features, graphics, and email) that bring campaigns and brand storytelling to life
Guide the re-purposing of long‑form content into short‑form assets across platforms
Translate concepts into platform‑specific content ideas
Clearly communicate and collaborate with designers and video editor through briefs, references, mockups, or visual examples
Collaborate with copywriters to shape messaging and storytelling across campaigns and marketing materials
Support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives with engaging content ideas
Develop content strategies ahead of events, product launches, and key brand moments to maximize storytelling opportunities and audience engagement.
Identify and develop ideas for turning key moments captured during events, trainings, and product launches into compelling post‑event and post‑launch storytelling.

Tools & Platforms Social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube
Content planning and scheduling tools
Canva, Figma, or similar tools for mockups and creative references
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) familiarity preferred
Understanding of basic video editing tools
Analytics tools to track performance and inform content strategy
Experience 2–5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media
Experience developing and executing content strategies across multiple channels
Proven ability to create engaging visual or video content for digital platforms
Experience collaborating with designers, marketers, and copywriters
Familiarity with social media platforms, content planning tools, and marketing analytics
Experience in the health & wellness industry and/or direct selling industry is a plus
Salary Range The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $95,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.

Location This role is based in our Santa Clara, CA office, with a hybrid schedule.
