Social Media & Content Creator (Part-Time) Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid) Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays (partial days; typically 10–15 hours/week total, with occasional weeks up to 20 hours) Pay Range: $25–$28/hour Reports To: Director of Product & Growth

Founded in 2002 and proudly woman-owned, we create distinctive ceramic tiles right here in Minneapolis. Each piece is touched by human hands from start to finish, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern design.
Position Summary: We’re seeking a creative, organized Social Media & Content Creator to bring our brand story to life online. You’ll grow our social presence by showcasing our handmade tiles, artistry, artisans, and process through engaging digital content—while dedicating 3–5 hours weekly to active social media engagement across 5–7 days.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily activity across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and emerging platforms
Create and schedule photo, video, reels, stories, and blog content aligned with brand voice
Handle social media management including community engagement—responding to DMs, comments, and interacting with followers
Collaborate on marketing campaigns and content calendars
Capture behind-the-scenes studio moments and team events for authentic storytelling
Track metrics and deliver monthly social analytics reports
Stay current on platform updates, trends, and industry influencers
Assist with content editing and proofreading as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with scheduling tools like Buffer, Tailwind, or Bit.ly
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
Keen eye for color, composition, and visual storytelling
Organized, self-motivated, with strong time management
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications, or related field preferred
Prior brand social media management experience required
Physical Requirements: Extended computer and desk work
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
