MacArthur Park (Faz Restaurant Group) is looking for a creative, motivated college student to join our team as a Host + Social Media Creator, on-site in Palo Alto. This is a unique hybrid role where you’ll work on the floor as a host while also creating content that captures the energy, people, and story of our historic restaurant. What you’ll do: Welcome and engage guests as part of our front-of-house team Create and post content (Reels, Stories, Posts) on a consistent basis Capture the atmosphere, food, and behind-the-scenes moments Help shape the voice and aesthetic of our social media presence We’re looking for someone who: Has a strong eye for content (photo/video + trends) Brings a fresh, creative perspective Is reliable, outgoing, and comfortable talking to guests Is interested in marketing, hospitality, or storytelling Why this role is different: You won’t be guessing what to post—you’ll be in it.
